Disney exhibition showcases young female change-makers features Māori photographers

Two Maori creatives have contributed
to a major photo exhibition supported by the Disney corporation. It brings together
a global collection of inspirational photography
of real-life women and girls. Here’s Te Rauhiringa Brown
with this report. A new exhibition by Disney showcasing
young female change-makers from around the world. The photographers are also
from all around the world. It’s no wonder that
Soldier Road Portraits and Nuku Women are featured. The main theme of the exhibition
is to dream big. The pair say they carefully selected women
who are the embodiment of this. The exhibition coincides
with the global summit, The Power of Inclusion. The exhibition is on display
at Aotea Square until October 9 before travelling
to Australia, Brazil, and France. Te Rauhiringa Brown, Te Karere.
